The GOTNI Leadership Centre, Africa’s foremost and most prestigious leadership development hub, just concluded its Advanced Leadership Programme. The programme, which ran from the 11th to 17th October 2021, was nothing short of phenomenal as participants and facilitators testified of the world-class delivery.
The 7-day programme had in participation Major Generals, renowned politicians, accomplished business owners, CEOs of national business, Nollywood celebrities, and C-suite executives of different government parastatals.
The top-quality executive training programme had highly accomplished national and international leaders of different sectors of the economy as facilitators of the programme, including Professor Pat Utomi, Pastor Ituah Ighodalo, Ugochukwu Omeugo, Linus Okorie, Kristin Cripps (USA), George Fraser (USA), Mazi Sam Ohuabunwa, Hon Chris Asoluka, Dr Benson Cole, Dr Biodun Adedipe, Maureen Ideozu, and Amb. Usman Sarki.

On Sunday, 17th October, the program culminated in a grand graduation ceremony at Transcorp Hilton, Abuja. Every one of the participants had rave remarks about the programme, and one thing that resonated with each of them was how the programme had optimized them for more sustainable progress and more efficient leadership in their different endeavours.
While speaking to the students at the graduation ceremony, Dr. Linus Okorie, CEO of the GOTNI Leadership Centre, said, “We are building leaders in every sector of the economy, who will create the better Nigeria that we all want. The fact that you stayed through these past few days learning, unlearning, and relearning the secrets of true leadership shows that there is hope for our dear country. We won’t stop till we build dependable leaders in every sector.”
The GOTNI Leadership Centre is determined to create leaders who will continually create value in every sector, infusing local content into the leadership development journey and removing the need for people to travel abroad for leadership development training. With the Advanced Leadership programme, we are closer to achieving this dream. In the words of one of the participants of the programme, “GOTNI Leadership Centre is the Harvard of Africa.”
