In line with her vision to raise leaders who transform institutions and grow sustainable systems through leadership capital development, Nigeria’s foremost leadership development organization, GOTNI Leadership Centre organized the 7th edition of the ‘Advanced Leadership Program’ to help experienced leaders and senior-level professionals distill solutions from global leaders that will help them optimize their personal and organizational productivity.
This 5-Day program, which occurred between the 22nd – 26th of August in Marriots Hotel, Lagos, was facilitated by their number of globally reputable and widely experienced faculty which includes: Dr Chris Asoluka (Chairman of Oil & Gas Free Zone), Professor Patrick Utomi ( Political Economy & Management Expert), and Dr. Linus Okorie (CEO, GOTNI Leadership Centre).
Over 20 participants who were made up of senior management executives from top organizations and multinationals were empowered with the relevant skills and resources they needed to drive performance, first as individuals and professionally as leaders in their different organizations. They also, attested to the fact that the Advanced Leadership Program did not only meet their expectations but exceeded it by far.
During their graduation ceremony which occurred on the 26th, the Chief Executive Officer of the organization, Dr. Linus Okorie encouraged the participants to go beyond the knowledge obtained during the course of the program to implementation as that is the core of the program.
