FJ, as he is fondly called by folks, is a highly-resourceful professional in sales & Digital Marketing, and as a veteran in sales, he authored the book “The 48 laws on selling” which he has used to train over fifty (50) companies in Abuja in the last one year. He works closely with communities, government agencies, and private organizations on strategic marketing ventures for cross-functional relationships development, and promotion of business growth, awareness, mandates, and services within the corporate and public sectors.
Mr. Femi Joshua is purposed to help people and institutions globally improve their leadership and entrepreneurship strategies, as well as raising the next generation of Nation Builders. He works with a team of intellectual consultants, with which he trains personnel of private and public organizations in the fields of Human Capital Development, Soft Skills Acquisition, Business Development, Sales and Marketing.

Femi Joshua’s unflinching passion to raise selfless leaders and successful professionals who facilitate notable generational change birthed the establishment of FJGLOBAL Empowerment Initiative’ (FJGEI), a not for profit organization executing nation-building projects that are aimed at reviving national consciousness in Nigerian youths and young professionals, such as the ‘’Nigeria First Paradigm’’ and ‘’I Have a Brain Project’’.
