  • The programme admits a maximum of 30 participants
    per training to aid maximum interaction and intensive
    effort between participants and course facilitators.
  • The programme is designed to be highly interactive and
    practical with considerate time dedicated to hands-on
    projects, case study analysis, presentations and peer-to-peer learning.
  • Participants will have the opportunity to grow professional networks, interact and learn from a community of leaders across various fields and
    professional experiences.
  • Leadership conversations with top business leaders in Nigeria.
  • It is a certified advanced leadership course and there
    will be a graduation ceremony for participants at the
    end of the programme
  • Participants will be inducted into the GOTNI Leadership
    Alumni Program at the end of the course.

This program is particularly aimed at senior management
executives in all sectors of development who hold key leadership positions and have a minimum of at least 10 years of professional experience.
